Such people are often being misjudged by organizations as attackers as they keep on challenging management and might end up not being successful to adapt to everything. Second versions are born corporate rebels and unapologetically curious to know why and questioning their managers on logic. Some people are born to acclimatize in every environment, they are good diplomats and specifically, know how to balance between flattering and convincing.
However, it depends on what level you can adapt to. What does adaptability stand for? Is it about the adaptability of culture, people, type of leaders, mentality, social factors? Well, I can say almost everything. The question is how fit are you to survive, what you do to survive, and what are the key factors/indicators that you need to underline to survive.?įirst and foremost, adaptability- Well I am quoting adaptability as this is one thing that you will hear many times from almost everybody. No wonder the theory is so apt for this corporate culture and fits perfectly like fingers of both hands. Organisms with genes better suited to the environment are selected for survival and pass them to the next generation.Īfter working for quite some time in different corporates, Industries, and meeting different subordinates, managers, and co-workers, one thing that always keeps coming to my mind was Darwin’s theory- The survival of the fittest. Most of us know the famous Charles Darwin theory of survival of the fittest, a mechanism underlying the natural selection that drives the evolution of life.
